I am a Polish National and my wife is a Vietnamese National. I work as an engineer in the UK. My now wife came to the UK and left voluntarily after she was not granted permission to marry in the UK. The Home Office felt she had mislead them in her visitor's visa application. Of course this was not true. However when you find your partner at the time being incarcerated and your fighting away it becomes difficult as you feel no one is listening to you. you read the news that the environment is hostile and we know we have been victims of this. The Home Office looks at paperwork and asserts what the person's intention is. My wife had come over on a visit and met me, and her former relationship that she wrote in her application was a new one and one that had not turned into a committed one. They did not believe how we met and refused us permission to marry. Needless to state this was a difficult and demotivating time in our lives, when you fall in love and you have a third person telling you that you have lied to them. We cannot erase this but can talk about how important it is to find the right support. My wife returned home. We married in Vietnam and she fell pregnant shortly afterwards. I am over the moon that we are expecting our first child, so bringing her back to the UK to me was important and time sensitive as I wanted the baby to be born in the UK. Arona Sarvar of Arona St James took over the visa application and relied upon EEA regulations. I would give her 5 stars and a golden star. Arona is a briliant and confident Immigration Solicitor. I went to Arona as a 6yr overstayer in the uk with my Eu partner when things seemed impossible(l had been with my partner for less than 6months when we approached Arona).The atmosphere at her office and the way we were received alone assured us we were at the right place. Choosing Arona St. James to work on my case for asylum has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made in my life. I got in touch with them for the first time, being 22 years old. At that time, I had just finished my undergraduate degree and, even though I was planning to study a master’s degree for another year, I was very concerned about having to come back to Venezuela, my home country, once I finished my studies. I honestly cant think of a better solicitor than Arona. At a time of fear where the UK Government was really turning away or denying many asylum, cases, Arona put her best foot forward for us, leading to a win in record time of slightly less than 2 years from when we applied to approval with various other milestones such as getting us a right to work after year 1 of a pending application. Arona always told us " I will fight and fight until we get a win because you must be protected". Update on this case below in 2023 and Finally I have received my British Citizenship, one will think that it will be an easy process, as I did try and do this myself, but due to previous immigration history, I got refused, however Arona contacted out of the blue, as she had previously helped me with my asylum case. She had monitored the changes with home office and was able to know the case in her files, which such changes will impact. It is a no brainer what the outcome will be, as I have just received my British Citizenship. I will definitely recommend this service and any case, Arona cannot handle, that means no solicitor in the UK, will be able to handle that case. This firm the best around and they have guided me, to end of my journey with immigration I found out about Arona St James through the stonewall website. This was the time I was in a very critical situation, where I have almost exhausted all options with another law firm that was recommended by THT and I have been battling immigration for over 4 years. When I walked into Arona's office and showed her all my paperwork, both replies from the Home Office and the court rejections. She was dismayed with the work my previous immigration solicitors have put in my work. My previous immigration lawyer always told me that I will get thrown in detention once I applied for Asylum and the possibility for the Home office granting me stay is very low, and the only hope I have is through the courts. However with Arona, she takes every case, I mean every as one of her own. She spends days and night on your paper work. Does not take much work load (client cases), hence giving paramount attention to each individual case. She has a team of lawyers that discuss over your case, hence identifying the pros and cons and the best course of action. You will feel so happy when you know that a lawyer is putting much effort in your case that yourself. She gives the best advice and will always stick with you, till the case have been won. Many clients go to her when their case have almost been exhausted, which I think should not be the case, but even at this she still has a 99% win record, in fact does not take up your case, if she knows that she cannot win it. I won my case, which I have been battling for over 4 years with different law firms, at one attempt with Arona, not through the courts but at first sitting with the Home Office. I did not go to detention , because she made my case so strong and the truth was magnified. I recommended her to another friend of mine who has been in a similar situation as me, she once again, smashed his case. Winning your case is not the end point with the firm, because they keep in touch with you, in some way, making sure that you sucessfully integrate into the society, and are always there for any client. I highly recommend this law firm, I see no flaws in their system. I am not used to writing recommendation or even youtube comments but because of how confident I feel about this, and how they saved my case and made it looked so easy, I just had to write this and hopefully, this will help someone that will read my story.

Hey everyone I got my visa and all was done as I was advised no let’s try this and see this time unlike other solicitors, I was Living in fear married with a child and just had given up.
