Gwan works across immigration, family and wills & probate matters, with experience in private children, domestic abuse and financial remedy work, and a compassionate, client-focused approach.

Gwan is an experienced Caseworker who joined the firm in July 2024 and works across the Immigration, Family, and Wills & Probate departments.

Prior to joining the firm, Gwan worked at London-based law firms specialising in Family Law, where she gained extensive experience in private children matters, domestic abuse cases, and financial remedy proceedings. She has been recognised for her excellent client care, taking a compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting clients through complex and often sensitive legal matters.

Since joining the firm, Gwan has developed a broad practice across Immigration, Family, and Private Client work. She regularly assists with a wide range of immigration matters, including asylum claims, appeals, and naturalisation applications. She has experience preparing detailed legal representations, witness statements, appeal bundles, and supporting clients throughout the application and appeal process. In addition, she assists clients with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and estate administration matters.

Gwan completed her Master of Laws (LLM) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University, achieving a Distinction. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, enabling her to provide clear and effective advice to a diverse client base.

Outside of work, Gwan enjoys baking, travelling, and volunteering to support children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. She is passionate about improving access to justice and helping clients navigate legal challenges with confidence and understanding.
