Before joining the firm in 2025, Phoebe worked at a respected City firm, where she advised a diverse range of clients on financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes and domestic abuse matters.
Phoebe advises clients on financial settlements following divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings and consent orders. She also represents clients in private children disputes and domestic abuse matters, including applications for non-molestation orders and occupation orders. In addition, she has experience in cases involving international elements and works closely with the firm’s Immigration Team on surrogacy matters with cross-border considerations.
Known for her calm and approachable manner, Phoebe provides clear, pragmatic advice tailored to her clients’ individual circumstances. She works closely with clients to achieve practical and effective outcomes while helping them navigate the emotional and financial challenges that family disputes can bring.
