Phoebe Chau

Phoebe is a Family Solicitor who advises clients on the legal and practical issues arising from relationship breakdown. She is committed to providing practical, compassionate support during what are often some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Before joining the firm in 2025, Phoebe worked at a respected City firm, where she advised a diverse range of clients on financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes and domestic abuse matters.

Phoebe advises clients on financial settlements following divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings and consent orders. She also represents clients in private children disputes and domestic abuse matters, including applications for non-molestation orders and occupation orders. In addition, she has experience in cases involving international elements and works closely with the firm’s Immigration Team on surrogacy matters with cross-border considerations.

Known for her calm and approachable manner, Phoebe provides clear, pragmatic advice tailored to her clients’ individual circumstances. She works closely with clients to achieve practical and effective outcomes while helping them navigate the emotional and financial challenges that family disputes can bring.

Phoebe is a member of Resolution, reflecting her commitment to resolving family disputes constructively and with minimal conflict wherever possible.
