Fees information

Immigration law:

Our hourly rates are as follows:

  • Head of Department £250 per hour
  • Paralegal/Caseworker £125 per hour

VAT is charged at 20%, VAT is not applicable if client does not have status in the UK or is applying from overseas or has a visa for 6 months or less.

 

Fixed fee applications fees:

 

Initial consultation or one-off consultation fees:• £100 for 30 minutes of advice
Student Visa applications:

• Starting from £500 for a caseworker

• Starting from £800 for a Head of Department

Ancestry visas:

• Staring from £1250 for a caseworker

• Starting from £1800 for head of department

Tier 1 Investor:• Starting from £4000 to £18,000 plus £1000 for each dependent
Tier 1 Entrepreneur:

• Starting from £3000 for a caseworker

• Starting from £5000 for head of department

• Plus £1000 for each dependent

Tier 2 licence application:

• For employer – Starting from £800

• Managed Sponsorship Management System (SMS) fees:

• For 4 employees – £100 per month

• For 5 to 10 employees – £150 per month

• For 10 to 15 employees – £200 per month

Tier 2 Visa applications:

• Starting from £1,000

• For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from
£500 per dependent

Spousal Visa applications:

• Starting from £1,000 for a caseworker

• Starting from £1,800 for a Head of Department

• For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from
£500 per dependent

Children, Adoptive children & de facto Children• Starting from £2000 for a caseworker
Applications:• Starting from £3500 for Head od Department
Nationality applications:• Starting from £600
EEA Pre settled & settled status:• Starting from £200
EEA permit applications:

• EEA national:

• Starting from £600 for a caseworker

• Starting from £900 for a Head of Department

• Non-EEA national dependent:

• Starting from £1,000 for a caseworker

• Starting from £1,500 for a Head of Department

• For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from
£500 per dependent

Retained rights applications:

• Starting from £1,500

• For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from
£500 per dependent

General settlement applications:

• Starting from £1,500 for a caseworker

• Starting from £2,500 for a Head of Department

• For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from
£500 per dependent

Settlement on basis of domestic violence or bereavement:

• Starting from £1,200 for a caseworker

• Starting from £2,000 for a Head of Department

• For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from
£500 per dependent

General extension applications:

• Starting from £1,000

• Starting from £1,800

• For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from
£500 per dependent

Asylum:• Hourly fees apply
Long residence applications:

• Starting from £1500 for a caseworker

• Starting from £2,000 for a Head of Department

1 Our Fees

Private client fees:

Divorce:Fixed fee for non-contentious dissolution (dissolution only) between £900 – £1100
and disbursements;
Divorce (Ancillary Relief):Charged on hourly basis – between £220 – £350 per hour (time based);
Children proceedings (Private Law):Charged on hourly basis – between £220 – £350 per hour;
Basic Will:£200
Complex Will:Charged on hourly basis – between £220 – £350 per hour (time based);
Urgent Will as per paragraph’s 4 and 5 above
plus:
£120 per hour travel and attendance upon client
Probate:Fixed fee of 1.5% of gross value of estate (for estates over £100,000)
Probate fees:Time based – between £220 – £300 per hour

Application Management Service

We would be happy to assist you in preparing and submitting an application to the Home Office. Our fee ranges for this service vary depending on the application being made, the complexity of the case, and the experience level of the immigration team member recommended for the process. The fee will include phone and in-person consultations as necessary to progress your application, detailing the documents required, assisting you to prepare and review your documents, assistance with completing the application form(s), preparing tailored representations to support the application and assisting you to submit the application.

All of our team are highly experience in making successful applications to the Home Office and we are a highly regarded firm with an exceptional track record of positive outcomes.

Our fee includes:

In-person or telephone consultations, as necessary, for preparation of the application
Advice on documents needed in support of application
Assistance in preparing and checking documents
Advising on any issues raised by the documents and how to address these
Drafting legal representations in support of the application
Assistance in completing and submitting applications forms
Preparing and copying an application pack ready for submission
Assistance in submitting application to the Home Office
Email or phone contact to keep you up-to-date regarding your application
Liaising, where necessary, with third parties, including the Home Office and the courts.

Our fee does not include:

VAT (where applicable)
Home Office or its third party providers’ fees
Interpreting or translation fees
Independent expert reports, where required
Barristers’ fees, where required
Courier fees

Any further work following the initial submission of application can be agreed with a further fixed fee or an hourly rate, as appropriate should the need arise.

We set out below our fee ranges for the most frequent applications that we assist with but we assist clients with a very wide range of immigration, nationality, EEA and asylum matters so please contact us discuss fees for your specific circumstances.
