Our Fees

Fees information:

 

Immigration law:

VAT is charged at 20%, VAT is not applicable if client does not have status in the UK or is applying from overseas or has a visa for 6 months or less.

Our hourly rates are as follows:

  • Head of Department – £250 per hour
  • Paralegal/Caseworker – £125 per hour

 

Fixed fee applications fees:

 

Initial consultation or one-off consultation fees:

 

·         £50 plus VAT for 30 minutes of advice

 

Student Visa applications:

 

·         Starting from £500 plus VAT for a caseworker

·         Starting from £800 plus VAT for a Head of Department

Tier 2 licence application:

 

·         For employer – Starting from £800 plus VAT

·         Managed Sponsorship Management System (SMS) fees:

o   For 4 employees – £100 per month

o   For 5 to 10 employees – £150 per month

o   For 10 to 15 employees – £200 per month

Tier 2 Visa applications:

 

·         Starting from £1,000 plus VAT

·         For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from £500 plus VAT per dependent

Spousal Visa applications:

 

·         Starting from £1,000 plus VAT for a caseworker

·         Starting from £1,800 for a Head of Department

·         For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from £500 plus VAT per dependent

Nationality applications:

 

·         Starting from £600 plus VAT
EEA permit applications:

 

·         EEA national:

o   Starting from £600 plus VAT for a caseworker

o   Starting from £900 plus VAT for a Head of Department

·         Non-EEA national dependent:

o   Starting from £1,000 plus VAT for a caseworker

o   Starting from £1,500 plus VAT for a Head of Department

·         For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from £500 plus VAT per dependent

Retained rights applications:

 

·         Starting from £1,500 plus VAT

·         For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from £500 plus VAT per dependent

General settlement applications:

 

·         Starting from £1,500 plus VAT for a caseworker

·         Starting from £2,000 plus VAT for a Head of Department

·         For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from £500 plus VAT per dependent

Settlement on basis of domestic violence or bereavement:

 

·         Starting from £1,200 plus VAT for a caseworker

·         Starting from £2,000 plus VAT for a Head of Department

·         For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from £500 plus VAT per dependent

General extension applications:

 

·         Starting from £1,000 plus VAT for a caseworker

·         Starting from £1,800 plus VAT for a Head of Department

·         For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from £500 plus VAT per dependent

Asylum:

 

·         Hourly fees apply
Long residence applications: ·         Starting from £1500 for a caseworker

·         Starting fromfrom£2,000 plus VAT for a Head of Department

Visitor visa applications:

 

·         Starting from £1,000 plus VAT for a caseworker

·         Starting from £1,800 plus VAT for a Head of Department

Appeals:

 

·         Case by case basis
Judicial Review?

 

·         Hourly fees apply
Entry clearance: ·         Starting from £1,000 plus VAT for a caseworker

·         Starting from £1,800 plus VAT for a Head of Department

·         For dependents applying with main applicant there will be additional fees starting from £500 plus VAT per dependent

Checking service

 

·         £500 plus VAT for main applicant and £300 Plus VAT for each dependent
Travel document applications:

 

·         Starting from £375 plus VAT

 

Attendance at a Home Office interview:

 

·         £600 plus VAT

·         Plus travel costs

 

Reconsideration of nationality applications?

 

·         Case by case basis

 

Private client fees:

1.       Divorce Fixed fee for non-contentious dissolution (dissolution only) between £900 – £1100 plus VAT and disbursements;
2.       Divorce (Ancillary Relief) Charged on hourly basis – between £220 – £300 plus VAT per hour (time based);
3.       Children proceedings (Private Law) Charged on hourly basis – between £220 – £300 plus VAT per hour;
4.       Basic Will £150 plus VAT
5.       Complex Will Charged on hourly basis – between £220 – £300 plus VAT per hour (time based);
6.       Urgent Will as per paragraph’s  4 and 5 above plus £120 plus VAT per hour travel and attendance upon client
7.       Probate Fixed fee of 1.5% plus VAT of gross value of estate (for estates over £100,000)
8.       Probate fees Time based – between £220 – £300 plus VAT per hour

 

Disbursements:

Please note that the above fees do not include third party disbursements. In addition to our professional fees the following costs will also be payable:

  • Home Office fees
  • Court fees
  • Postage costs
  • Translation fees (for translation of documents)
  • Counsel fees (for hearings, appeals and general advice on an application)
